Reception
Check-in time is from 15.00 to 20.00. It is possible to arrive even after check-in time upon notification. You will be provided with all the information and codes to access your apartment. Check-out time is from 9.00 am to 10.00 am. It is possible to check out even before 9.00 am with prior communication to the Reception.

Trentino Guest Card
The Trentino Guest Card is connected to your booking in our structure and can be activated with the start of the check-in date. At your request you will be sent an activation code to the email address communicated by you.

Garage
We have some parking spaces in a private garage at a cost of 10€/night, a few meters from the property, outside ZTL. The parking space is by reservation by email, sms, whatsapp or by calling the property number.
Extra bed (sofa):
It is possible to insert it at the time of booking at an extra cost of 20€/night.
Camping bed
suitable for children aged 2 to 5 years at a cost of 7 €/night (in the price also included the lenzuolina, cover, lifesavers ...). Upon request by email, sms, whatsapp or by calling the property number.
Baby Cot:
suitable for children aged 0 to 2 years at a cost of 5 €/night. Upon request by email, sms, whatsapp or by calling the property number.
Extra cleaning on request:
during a stay of 1 to 5 days the request to clean the apartment with change of sheets and towels, the cost is 30,00€.
Extra change of sheets and towels:
for a short stay, less than 5 days the cost of changing towels and sheets only is 10,00€.
